Prices and how to arrive

Our prices are per day for 2 persons per apartment.

Each additional person will be charged as follows: children from 0 to 13,99 years cost 10€, from 14 years to 18 years 15€ per person, from 18 years and above 20€

For a stay of less than 7 days we charge a final surcharge of 50€, minimal stay 3 days.

Discounts and further information:

Local tax: from 14 years per person and day 1,20€, (it will encrease from 1st january 2024)  to be paid on site

As we keep a variety of animals on our farm, which occasionally have free runs, no other pets are allowed in order to avoid conflicts. We ask for your understanding.

Arrival and departure

Holiday flats are ready after 3 pm on arrival day. On departure day we ask you to vacate the flat by 10 am.

Booking

Please take note: booking is confirmed upon payment of deposit of confirmation (booking confirmation) and the sending of booking confirmation. Deposits will not be returned in case of cancellation. The following cancellation policies also apply:

Cancellation policies in accordance with Art. 1382 ZGB

There’s not provided a right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the Italian consumer protection law (d.lgs. 206/2005) – yet we allow you to withdrawn from the contract under the following conditions:

Bookings may be cancelled up to 90 days prior to the set arrival date free of charge. Only the deposit is retained. Cancellations made by guests on or after the 90 day prior to set arrival date are subject to the following cancellation conditions:

Cancellations made up to  30 days before set arrival date: 50  % of agreed total price.

Cancellations made after 30 days before set arrival date: 75 % of agreed total price.

In case of no show or in case of anticipated departure, the total price for the complete stay is charged. Please let us know in good time if you have to cancel your holiday.

How to arrive

Coming from Bolzano:

Drive on MEBO road towards Merano and go off the road at TERLANO. Take there the SP98 road to MELTINA that leads up the hill. Go accros MELTINA direction VERANO. Arriving at ESCHIO (is a part of VERANO) you will find a small church on your right and on your left a bus-station with a small road starting there. So turn there left and after 200 meters you finally arrive at our Spitalerhof. The road ends here!

Coming from Merano:

Drive across the city of Merano towards the cable cab station of MERANO 2000. From there the road SP98 leads up the hill towards AVELENGO. Go across this village towards VERANO. Pass VERANO on SP98 until you reach ESCHIO. There you might see the small church on your left  and a bus- station on your right. Turn there into the small road that leads to our Spitalerhof. The road ends here!
